Robert Donat and fellow actors Alf Goddard and Harry Ross are shown in-character aboard a crowded boat of weary-looking men. The visual focus in on Donat who is rowing with a pair of oars. No date, circa 1945. 8" x 10 1/4." Printed description tipped in on back. "M.G.M. 6-119." printed in lower-left corner on front. Black stamp on back: "This is a key set print." Photo is very clean and intact except for almost imperceptible discoloration on back and a few wrinkles, most of which are limited to the margins. A Very Good copy. Perfect Strangers (1945) is a drama by London Films. The movie starred Robert Donat and Deborah Kerr. Donat is shown here as the character of Robert Wilson, one half of a troubled married couple whose lives are up-ended by World War II. Kerr played his wife, Cathy Wilson. The film was released in the United States as Vacation from Marriage. Robert Donat (1905-1958) was an English actor. He won an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Alfred Hitchcock's Goodbye, Mr. Chips (1939). Alf Goddard (1897-1981) and Harry Ross (1913-2001) were also English actors. Description on back: "MGM 6 - 119; Fortune of War; Torpedoed in the Mediterranean, Robert Donat and the destroyer crew take to the boats, bringing their injured comrades with them. Su función consiste en reforzar el orden jurídico al proclamar que las obligaciones jurídicas de ese orden no son meras obligaciones jurídicas, respaldadas por sanciones, sino también deberes morales. La noción normativa de validez es el instrumento de una ideología sostenedora de la autoridad del Estado. Cuando es usada por un cuasipositivista este sostén es incondicional; cuando es usada por un jusnaturalista, está condicionado por alguna armonía con los standards presupuestos del derecho natural. Si el término ôvalidezö es tomado en el sentido en que es usado por el derecho natural (incluyendo el cuasipositivismo), es decir, para designar una cualidad moral de un sistema jurídico que otorga fuerza obligatoria a las obligaciones del sistema, el mismo no tiene sentido en una ciencia del Derecho fundada en principios empirista ALF ROSS.

Si esta pregunta ha de ser contestada por la afirmativa, es menester eliminar la prohibición de la mención de derechos. Creo que esta pregunta tiene que ser contestada por la afirmativa y tomaré como punto de partida el concepto de propiedad. ALF ROSS.
