Aggiungi al carrello8vo. 8 illustrations by Rothenberg after drawings. Publisher's cloth. Edition limited to 150 copies, signed by the author and the artist. Anne Waldman?s text was written in response to Susan Rothenberg?s drawings of people and animals in pairs. 7 1/8 x 9 in., 38 pp., cloth over boards. Susan Rothenberg's eight subtle drawings in black cray-pas of animals in pairs (yaks, horses, cats, humans) sounds the call to which Anne Waldman responds in new texts, which range from "overheard conversations" to lyric poetry to "found" scientific data reportage. Pages fold out to reveal text flanking the images, which have been masterfully printed to recreate the waxy nature and smudging around the edges of the original drawings. Printed letterpress on Rives Heavyweight by Philip Gallo at The Hermetic Press. Bound in cloth over boards by Jill Jevne. This is from an edition of 150 copies, of which 35 are hors commerce and 115 are for sale; each signed by the poet and artist. As new.
