Plastified softcover. Condizione: New. Excellent condition. ROBERTO RUIZ ROJAS nació en (Ibagué en 1938 y murió en la misma ciudad trágicamente en 1978. Caminante, fotógrafo, periodista, traductor, profesor universitario, cuentista, novelista, dramaturgo. Publicó "El Viaje" (cuentos) en 1974, que fuera ganador del primer concurso nacional de libro de cuentos "José Eustasio Rivera" y anteriormente finalista en el latinoamericano de Casa de las Américas (1970); "Crónica imaginaria de la violencia colombiana" (1977), antología temática elaborada con César Valencia Solanilla; "La putería" (1977); además de reseñas, relatos, ensayos y comentarios en periódicos y revistas del país. Fue el director y editor del plegable literario "Narrativa". Escritor prolífico y activista político dejó inéditas las siguientes obras: "La prisión" (novela), "Creación colectiva" (relatos), "Varias historias de amor y desamor" (cuentos), "Beeklaan 2-7-1" (novela corta). También las antologías temáticas "Todos los tronos" (sobre los reinados de belleza), "Gol literario" (fútbol), "Los diez mandamientos" (ídem.), "Cuentos brujos"(brujería) y la recopilación ampliada de "La putería". Fue autor del testimonio "La verdadera historia hasta hoy jamás impresa" publicada en Ibagué en 1971 con el seudónimo de Diego Díaz y R.C. sobre el allanamiento de la policía a la Universidad del Tolima en el mismo año y de los audiovisuales, "Sueños de gloria", "La invasión", "Un fantasma recorre el mundo" y "Jueves, viernes, sábado y este sagrado respeto", del cuento del mismo nombre del chocoano Oscar Collazos. Como dramaturgo escribió y dirigió (con Antonio Camacho R.) "Bajo el signo de Leo" y "El estatuto indecente", piezas agitacionales; realizó las adaptaciones teatrales de "Las preciosas ridículas" de Moliere, "El Decamerón" de Boccaccio y de textos pertenecientes a "La canción de nosotros" ("Ganapán y Flecha") de Eduardo Galeano, "La casa verde" ("Los inconquistables") de Mario Vargas Llosa y "Rajatabla" (El presidente amaneció de buen humor") de Luis Britto García. "Muerte constante más allá del amor", de Gabriel García Márquez. Tradujo "Les Troyannes" de Sartre y varios textos de la revolucionaria norteamericana Angela Davis. Hizo una adaptación cinematográfica del relato "Al final de la gira" de Jaime Moreno. Viajó por Europa, México, Venezuela, América Central y Bélica. Fue ganador y finalista de numerosos concursos de cuento y novela corta y mención especial en el concurso de obras de teatro (1968) de la Casa de la Cultura, hoy "La Candelaria". Cuentos suyos hacen parte de los libros "Nueve cuentistas" (Casa de las Américas, 1970), "8 cuentos colombianos" (Populibro No. 48, 1972), "Crónica imaginaria de I? violencia colombiana" (Presencia, 1977) y de una antología publicada en alemán y elaborada por Peter Schultze-Kraft; "Beeklaan 2-7-1" fue escrita en Holanda en la década del 60 y "Bajo el cielo de." a su regreso a Colombia; se ha incluido en este volumen por su unidad temática y formal con aquella "nouvelle". 136 pp. 110 gm.
