It also holds a significant place in the history of world painting due to its unique artistic style. Throughout…history, art has evolved alongside societal development and changing conditions. This is especially true in the decades following the founding of the People's Republic of China, where Chinese painting has undergone significant transformation and development. In paintings throughout history, we can see the unique artistic techniques and styles of great painters. They innovated in the depiction of rocks and trees, as well as in the application of brush and ink techniques. This not only enriched and developed the traditional painting art of our motherland, but also left us a valuable legacy in painting theory. For example, Xie He of the Southern Qi Dynasty, in his "Record of Ancient Paintings," fully affirmed the important role of brush and ink in Chinese painting through his Six Principles of Painting. Learning Chinese painting requires not only studying the masters but also learning from nature. Chinese painting is created through artistic processing such as refinement, selection, and generalization based on sketching. This applies to various texturing techniques for rocks, the refinement of tree shapes, and the application of brush and ink. Therefore, we must pay close attention to the sketching process during our learning. The author of this book, Mr. Zhou Ruqian, has been engaged in the creation and research of Chinese landscape painting for more than 50 years. Every evening, before or after d- ner, we always sit in front of the television and watch the animation program, which is originally produced and shown for children. We find ourselves be…coming younger while immerged in the interesting plot of the animation: how the princess is first killed and then rescued, how the little rat defeats the big cat, etc. But what we have found in those animation programs are not only interesting plots, but also a big chance for the application of computer science and artificial intelligence techniques. As is well known, the cost of producing animated movies is very high, even with the use of computer graphics techniques. Turning a story in text form into an animated movie is a long and complicated procedure. We came to the c- clusion that many parts of this process could be automated by using artificial - telligence techniques. It is actually a challenge and test for machine intelligence. So we decided to explore the possibility of a full life cycle automation of c- puter animation generation. By full life cycle we mean the generation process of computer animation from a children s story in natural language text form to the final animated movie. It is of course a task of immense difficulty. However, we decided to try our best and to see how far we could go.

In mammals, glucocorticoids exposure during the embryonic development cause epigenetic programming of the body where methylation i…mprints are established. Relevant studies are missing in avian species. Corticosterone (CORT) is a predominant glucocorticoid in the plasma of birds. It is reported to be deposited in the avian eggs, and has been measured in the egg of a variety of avian species including domestic chicken, quail, and canary. The effect of CORT on aggressive behavior and its relation with Serotonergic system and epigenetic programming is not been studied in chickens. In this study, we first investigated differences in egg deposition of CORT and embryonic expression of CORT metabolic enzymes between slow and fast growing broiler chickens. Secondly, we used a model of in ovo injection of CORT and investigated the effect of CORT on growth, aggressive behavior and its relation with serotonergic system and epigenetic modification. Finally, we investigated the effect of in ovo injection of CORT on ovary functions in the chicken.
