Undated but published c.1932. 190pp of text in Hungarian. Publisher's original maroon cloth with art deco design and lettering in gilt. Edge rubbed and with strained inner hinges. Nonetheless an intact copy of a very scarce work.

Dargestellt sind lehrreiche und kuriose Phänomene aus allen Bereichen der Naturwissenschaft, wie Phsyik, Chemie, Elektrizität, Optik, Mechanik etc., beschrieben werden aber auch mehrere Musikinstrumente, Spiele, Automaten, mechanische Tricks aus Zirkus und Salonmagie etc. Johann Samuel Halle (1727-1810) studierte Philosophie und Mathematik in Königsberg, seit 1760 war er Professor an der königlichen Kadettenanstalt in Berlin. - Titel mit kleinen alten Besitzvermerken und angestaubt, wenig gebräunt, teils leicht stockig, berieben, Ecken bestossen, Rücken mit marmoriertem Papier überklebt.
