Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: Good Minus. 1st Edition. Where Have All the Dust Jackets Gone, Long Time Passing, Long Time Ago. I have them, or at least the Only one of any copy of this book that is currently for sale on the Internet. I believe my copy is also, if you care, a first edition (NAP). As you can see from the photos, the red covers are very clean. They have only minimal wear, small spots of rub-through at two of the corners, a light bump/crease at the front top corner, a little bit of crinkling at the bottom edge of the spine. Drawings, graphs, figures, photographs, The book is square and quite solidly bound with nicely tight pages throughout. The covers are nicely tight as well. And then there is the lonely jacket. It's persistence has not been without injury, there is a small loss at the top edge of the spine and just adjacent off the top edge of the rear cover. There are also several edge tears and some scuffing/rubbing. The flaps are in very good condition. The jacket is not priced or clipped. I've placed it in a fitted protective cover. Professor Sandler has some smarts. He received a B. S. in electrical engineering from Case Institute of Technology in 1954, the M.Eng. in electrical engineering from Yale University in 1955, the M.A. in applied physics from Harvard University in 1958, and the Ph.D. in applied physics from Harvard University in 1962, when he was 11 years old. Which part of that is not true.…
