Partiendo del referencial materialista, histórico-dialéctico, es nuestro objetivo tratar la transgresión como una categoría histórico-cultural, producida en la vida de los hombres, en dimensiones específicas y también pensada por ellos teóricamente. En nuestro análisis, consideramos que, profesionalmente, podríamos pensar en la transgresión de las normas institucionales no como un principio político, sino como una acción frente a determinadas situaciones en las que la norma institucional o la postura de ciertos miembros de la institución impiden la realización de los derechos.
