Verwalten bedeutet also, einen Prozess der Entscheidungsfindung zu organisieren, so dass diese Entscheidung rechtzeitig von den Personen getroffen wird, die am besten geeignet sind und die Autorität haben, sie zu treffen, indem sie alle für die Qualität dieser Entscheidung notwendigen Daten und Parameter einbeziehen. Verwalten bedeutet, Regeln zu entwickeln, die so angewendet werden, dass die beste Lösung gefunden, beibehalten und umgesetzt wird. Daher scheint die Rolle der Manager für die Erreichung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bildung in Entwicklungsländern wie Ägypten von grundlegender Bedeutung zu sein. Die Verbesserung von Qualität und Gerechtigkeit kann nicht ohne die Verbesserung des Managements auf allen Ebenen der Verwaltung von Bildungssystemen erreicht werden. 100 pp. Deutsch.

Verwalten bedeutet, Regeln zu entwickeln, die so angewendet werden, dass die beste Lösung gefunden, beibehalten und umgesetzt wird. Daher scheint die Rolle der Manager für die Erreichung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bildung in Entwicklungsländern wie Ägypten von grundlegender Bedeutung zu sein. Die Verbesserung von Qualität und Gerechtigkeit kann nicht ohne die Verbesserung des Managements auf allen Ebenen der Verwaltung von Bildungssystemen erreicht werden.
