Stiff light tan paper covers lightly rubbed with minor soiling, slight wear at edges, front cover's bottom fore-edge corner creased, several patches of surface abrasion to spine paper. Frank Woods' seven-line ink inscription dated f…or September 1997 on front free endpaper; page 6 minimally marred by handwritten ink bar near top of text and bracket at bottom fore-edge margin delineating last paragraph regarding co-author Woods. No other such markings readily apparent upon a quick perusal and interior pages are otherwise bright and clean. Binding is firm. Else a very good copy. With 20 color and 33 b/w illustrations.
