Many of the tales read like fiction, BUT are in truth bas…ed on real-life experiences. Each story is leadoff by a b/w photo - many historical. These are attributed on pages 261-262. Glossary of terms as well, e.g. `verrekte jongen' is miserable kid - or - `slaapsok' is sleepyhead.(This is volume #3 in the Mandate Series of Dordt College.)
