Internally there is some foxing and browning and a few stains. This booklet consists of a title page and 24 leaves of photographs printed one side only. Stiff green wrappers bound with a scarlet ribbon. Front wrapper has a large gilt cartouche with a black and white photo pictorial onlay of Mount Hood and with decorations and letters in gilt. Front wrapper laps over the rear wrapper ca. 2 inches. Almost no wear to extremities, wrappers clean and bright, gilt bright, scarlet ribbed bright, not faded and only slightly deteriorated, internally near fine to fine with no markings. An extraordinary piece of Portland ephemera in amazingly good condition given its age and fragility.
