Original, polished, bevel-edged, café-au-lait-colored buckram is in excellent shape: On the lower board there is one dime-sized spot and an almost-bump to the bottom edge. The lettering on the spine is a bright copper color, with gilt phoenix (or Quetzalcoatl) on upper board. The printed, unclipped dustjacket is very good, with a lightly sunned spine and one small closed tear at the head. [Please see images of actual book.] The top edge of textblock is colored brown, matching the cloth. The interior laid paper is pristine. This is a particularly lovely copy.
