This book was originally published in Switzerland in 1937 under the title 'Pedronis muss geholfen werden, eine Erzalung fur die Jugend' by Oskar Seidlin. It is the story of a boy who is part of a theatrical troup that travels around in three green wagons. It contains 131 pages and many illustrations in black and white. The inside cover and fly leaf of both front and back are illustrated in color showing the village of Waldau. The condition of the book is very good. The pages are clean and free of all marks or tears. The binding is tight. The bright green cloth cover shows two boys stamped in black on the front and the title on the spine. The front has some water spots and some spots of soil but the back is clean. The corners show very slight fraying.
