Lo sport professionistico oggi è impensabile senza l'attività di persone al servizio degli atleti, che forniscono loro vari tipi di servizi, compresi quelli legali - agenti sportivi (intermediari). Non sono stati condotti studi giuridici completi, direttamente dedicati alle attività degli agenti sportivi, né nel nostro Paese, né nell'intero spazio post-sovietico, il che ha influenzato l'attuale legislazione della Repubblica di Bielorussia. Ciò determina la necessità di una considerazione dettagliata delle peculiarità dell'attività degli agenti sportivi. Daraus ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit einer detaillierten Betrachtung der Besonderheiten der Tätigkeit von Sportagenten.
