Es un viaje en el tiempo y en el espacio, que nos lleva desde los suburbios abandonados en California a las cooperativas en cesión de uso en Europa, de la financialización de la vivienda vía titulización a la "vivienda colaborativa" y el blockchain, del "American Dream/Nightmare" a los albores de una nueva burbuja inmobiliaria, si no la prevenimos con mecanismos estructurales. La obra analiza críticamente las claves legales que explican la generación de la crisis, su mundialización y sus efectos y reacciones en España, puestas en un contexto europeo.
