Hardcover. Condizione: Good. The cover has blue cloth with orange letters. 288 pages; 8 plates of b/w photos. The spine strip has darkened, its top edge is frayed, and the bottom edge is slightly so. The text block ends have darkened. The front endpaper and some of the pages have heavy foxing. Foxing is lighter on the plates and some of the pages. Some pages have no foxing. Two pages each have crease line on a corner. The bottom edges of four pages have rough-cut opening. The top edge of the back pastedown has a linear 3/8 in. chip. Scans e-mailed upon request.
