Cette thèse est divisée en trois parties : considérations générales sur les combinaisons des matières colorantes basiques avec les matières colorantes acides ; thermochimie des combinaisons des matières colorantes acides avec la fuchsine ; application de la précipitation des matières colorantes basiques avec les colorants acides à l'analyse qualitative et quantitative des matières colorantes (teignant ou non les fibres de coton, laine, soie).
