It is the first English edition, as it was translated from the Hebrew. You can see the covers in the photos. They are quite clean. There's a little toning off the top and bottom edges. The gilt lettering on the spine… is nicely bright. There's a little crinkling at the spine ends. The cover edges are in very good shape, no rubbing. The top ones are a little lighter blue than the middle and bottom edges. The corners look very good, no rubbing. The page edges are very clean. The top one has a yellow topstain. It looks very good. The book is quite solidly bound. The pages are nicely tight throughout. The covers are nicely tight as well. The inside covers and end papers are very clean. Scrolling through the pages, I found only a half-dozen or so with one tiny, to small, spot. The pages are nicely bright. I haven't found any creasing. There are no markings. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. You can see the dust jacket in the first few photos. I have always had it in a fitted active cover. There is a tiny loss off the top edge of the front cover, a few little scuffs of the bottom edge of the spine, and one just adjacent off the bottom edge of the front. There is a light crease off the top corner of the rear cover. The rear cover is toned. The flaps are in decent condition. There is a thin vertical crease on the rear flap, another small one below the rear flap's top corner. The jacket is NOT price-clipped, not clipped at all. However, the previous owner penned a thin red line through the price and underneath it penned what looks like either '94' or '9y'. There is also a little pink semicircle to the left of the price.
