However, none of these measures has been considered safe, & we fear anything like Operation Argus. We instead have a totally safe & cost effective mitigation measure, which could have long lasting positive results. Crux of the problem remains the melt down of glaciers and of the polar ice cap. Keine dieser Maßnahmen hat sich jedoch als sicher erwiesen, und wir fürchten so etwas wie die Operation Argus. Stattdessen haben wir eine völlig sichere und kosteneffiziente Abhilfemaßnahme, die lang anhaltende positive Ergebnisse haben könnte. Der Kern des Problems bleibt das Abschmelzen der Gletscher und der Polkappe.
