Printed in Great Britain. Bound in publisher's original paper-covered pictorial boards, backed by unlettered brown cloth spine, printed endpapers. No dustjacket. Handling wear, binding shaken & signatures loose (though all still holding), cover with rubbing & edgewear, corners worn to boards, marginal soiling, otherwise a nice clean hardcover copy. Internally VERY GOOD with no markings & pagination complete. Unpaginated (36pp + endpapers = 40pp total). RARE. SB-60.
