A very strong Near Fine; essentially flawless but for darkening to the spine; this issue was one of the ones for which the wraps were…of a robin's egg-blue color, and the pigment for that type cover has become toned in every case I know of. Ansel Adams frontispiece of Sentinel Rock; twelve High Sierra photographs by Philip Hyde; 8 pages of Bradford Washburn photographs of the first ascent of Mount Deception; other photos both credited and uncredited, thirty-five pages of plates in all.
