First edition, 1926. Title page with toning from age. Each mounted etching in bright clean condition. The ten etchings are as follows : Damson Hill Totteridge : The Windmill At Barnet Gate : Totteridge Church : The Orange Tree Inn, Totteridge : The Pond On The Common, Totteridge : The Lily Pond, Totteridge : Poynters Hall From The South : The Clock Tower, Poynters Hall : Poynters Hall, Totteridge, Herts. : Poynters Hall From The Common. There is also an signed etching of Poynters Hall on the title page. All the etchings are contained in a folder, possibly not original. Obviously a limited edition, but none is recorded. The etchings are of lovely quality. A rare item. Presumably Cecil Harmsworth owned the house at the time and commissioned S. M. Litten to produce the etchings.
