There is also an signed etching of Poynters Hall on the title page. All the etchings are contained in a folder, possibly not original. Obviously a limited edition, but none is recorded. The etchings are of lovely quality. A rare item. Presumably Cecil Harmsworth owned the house at the time and commissioned S. M. Litten to produce the etchings.
