Very Good. Includes plain unprinted dust-jacket. This copy with "BLACK SPARROW EDITION" rubber stamped on colophon page and is unnumbered. This copy lacking battery, musical element may no longer be functional. 2.7 cm. stain to top right corner of two pages within folder, recto of folder, and bleeding through lightly to adjacent book page from battery leakage. Complete with all inserts.
