The die-cut hole for Stan's eye is present in good condition, The cover is stiff and clean except for some light bump marks on the spine. The band is missing s little bit of paper at the spine/top. Corners are good. Staples are solidly attached. This issue, as known, features the ideas and techniques of avant-garde filmmaker Stan Brakhage. We read him through an interview with P. Adams Sitney and through his own writing titled "Metaphors on Vision". He was only 30 when this issue came out. He lived and worked for another 40. This is an excellent copy of a rather rare piece of film art history.…
