La serie à oggi esposta a Castel Thun nella… Camera del conte Francesco. Intorno a questo episodio di mecenatismo e consapevolezza politica e culturale, promosso dal podestà di Trento Benedetto Giovanelli, si snoda il percorso della mostra, che svela collezioni del museo raramente esposte al pubblico. La presenza di numerose opere di Craffonara nelle raccolte del Castello del Buonconsiglio, fra le quali i disegni preparatori per la serie di incisioni, consentono infatti di focalizzare lo sguardo sull'atelier dell'artista fra Roma e Riva del Garda, nella concretezza della prassi artistica, all'incontro fra modelli ideali e pratica operativa. Sono circa 30 opere, fra disegni, bozzetti preparatori e dipinti che rivelano il farsi e il divenire dell'atto creativo. Formato: Calcografia di cm 24x33.
