I have long been a fan of Arizona Highways magazine and indeed, somewhere have a tote-full (and one combined 1952 edition if I remember correctly, currently listed). So, I was keen when I saw the chance to acquire this large hard cover book. Please find: Arizona Highways Album The Road to Statehood 1912, with text within by the overall editor, Dean Smith. This large hard cover book (10 x 13 inches, 176 pages) was published by the Arizona Department of Transportation, dated 1987. The book is bound in dark blue cloth with embossed and gilt decorations and titles on cover and spine. The book is well-illustrated with vintage photos, in b&w, drawn from the pages of Arizona Highways magazine. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The hard covers are clean and bright and unbumped. Inside, a former owner has left an inked ex libris notation on the front endpaper but this is the only mark I found in the book. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight, sound and square. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
