Condition is Fair (& priced accordingly): heavy rubbing to exterior, with fraying at all corners & spine tips. Small soiled area to bottom fore edge side corner of front cover. But the sewn binding is strong & straight, pages creamy white with the random soiled spot or tear/chip; mild overall tanning.
