Professor Greg Girolami (personal communication) notes that there appear to be two issues: the present copy and the other one both have 1945-663817 at the bottom of the final page of text. The present copy has Dor sale by the Superintendent of Documents/Washington 25, D.C. at the bottom of the printed cover.
