Attractive contemporary illustrated bookplates pasted to fep of both volumes. Bookplates show young man seated and reading in mountains with walking stick, fishing rod and gun propped against trees. Boards to both volumes bumped at extremities and frayed at tops and bottoms of spines. Minor foxing to some pages. Otherwise these are two very nice authentically worn volumes. Rare.
