Features an exhibition at the Alfred Steiglitz Center of the Philadelphia Museum of Art titled "French Primitive Photography." Introductory essay by Minor White. Some of the photographers included: Charles Negre, Hippolyte Bayard, Adolphe Braun, Gustave le Gray, Victor Regnault. A clean near fine copy with some slight sunning to and along the spine and still largely in the publisher's shrinkwrap. A fresh copy.
