A passable copy of a cheaply-bound photography book, however the photographs provide an engaging snapshot of the city in the late 60s and the quality of the reproductions is high. According to his jacket bio, Solmssen was a former *LIFE* photographer who worked as a diplomat in Brazil for five years. Signed.
