A two-volume catalogue accompaning the exhibition held at The Metropolitan Muse…um of Art, October 10, 1995 to January 7, 1996, covering the museum's paintings by Rembrandt as well as pictures once thought to be by the master but now recognized as the efforts of his pupils, contemporary followers, and the occasional later imitator. (from review). VG-/VG-/Good. Both volumes clean and tight with a hint of shelf wear to covers. Slipcase is solid but has been tape-repaired at bottom edge and has light shelf wear.
