Pagine XII - 780 compresi gli indici editoriali e con 300 incisioni di strumenti, portate, mise-en-place. Modesti segni del tempo, piccoli danni alla cerniera. Loose Leaf. Condizione: Acceptable. Text in French. Some previous owner created a book case for this book. All pages are unbound. It wraps around the book, is lined in colorful felt. Then a felt case is futher wrapped around the book with a tie closure. Paper is the wrapped from top to bottom of the book also with a tie closure. I was able to pull out a few pages from the front as well as the back. There are a couple of previous owner names inked on the front cover. Some pages, at least in the back have some tape along the top edge to prevent tearing. I was looking for a colophon in the back but found none. From what I can tell, it appears to be complete.
