Reliure en demi-cuir. Les gravures montres les paysages et ses habitants, des plants et des cartes etc. Estampille sur la page du titre verso. In 1772 Sparrmann stayed in the Cape Colony and was Cook's companion on the "Resolution" in 1772-75. This work mainly contains his travels from the Cape to the interior of Africa, which he made in 1775-76.
