The book was written soon after the war but held from publishing until 1977 due to the sensibilities of those mentioned until the authors' own death. Includes 14*b/w photographs. 311pp. Book in very good condition, but the DJ is faded to the spine, has a nick and a little lifting of the surface plastic to upper edge and is roughly price-clipped.
