Cio si e rivelato pertinente alla realta in cui, nonostante i numerosi sforzi compiuti da vari attori per mettere a disposizione degli agricoltori informazioni sul settore agricolo, l'accesso a tali informazioni da parte degli agricoltori rimane ancora un problema. Il ruolo che le biblioteche comunitarie in Uganda potrebbero svolgere nel colmare questa lacuna non e stato ancora sufficientemente riconosciuto.
