Innen mit altem Besitzvermerk, es fehlt leider das eigentliche Titelblatt, die Bindung ist stark gelockert, 1 Menükarte ist lose inliegend. Inside with old ownership note, unfortunately the actual title page is missing, the binding is strong loose, 1 menu card is loose inside. Nombreuses illustrations en noir et blanc et gravures sur bois dans le texte et sur les planches, ainsi que 12 menus, certains en couleur, montés sur carton. Reliure d'origine en toile estampée à froid, dos fin orné de dorures et tranches teintées en rouge, grand in-octavo (24,5 x 16,5 cm). Sommaire : La sociabilité moderne / L'art de la table / La cuisine moderne et son mobilier. La reliure est légèrement frottée, les coins et les bords sont légèrement abîmés par endroits. Une ancienne inscription de propriétaire est présente à l'intérieur ; malheureusement, la page de titre est manquante, la reliure est très fragile et un menu est détaché à l'intérieur.
