Special attention is paid to the study of the constitutional model of parliamentary government of the Republic. The gaps, contradictions and uncertainties of constitutional regulation are noted, which are largely due to the influence of narrow egoistic group and even personal interests on the content of constitutional provisions. The final conclusion: the need for the speedy reform of the 2015 reformed Constitution of the Republic of Armenia does not cause any doubts. The book is intended for political scientists and legal researchers, as well as practitioners in the field of politics and law. 52 pp. Englisch.
