Published as a "contribution to the celebration of the bi-centennial". Edited by Charles Gillingham, who would later go on to become a keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist best known for his performances with the band Counting Crows. Paper covers, [88] pp (unpaginated). Black and white photograph reproductions and illustrations throughout. In acceptable condition. Pictorial paper covers have a 2" slit along the bottom of the fold of the spine running up to the first staple and a few other smaller nicks and tears and creasing to edges.
