The slip case is very good with some sun fading to the edges plus some general shelf wear. This is an absolute lump of a book (weighing well over 2kgs unwrapped) and therefore due to the disgusting and despicable ongoing relentless corporate carriage price hikes (just to keep the investors happy you know) additional postage must be added to destinations OUTSIDE the UK as follows: Europe £12, Rest of the World (excluding Canada) £28, Canada £50.
