Born in 1902 he enjoyed a distinguished career as a diplomat, parliamentarian, businessman and farmer. That this was his own copy of his dissertation is…indicated by his ex-libris stamp to the front wrap and to the contents page. There are no other markings. 83pp + a map. No discolouration. The wraps are undamaged and clean with just a small nick to the base of the spine. 220 x 150mm. An exceedingly scarce publication.
