All in all a nice example of this book.

Previous owner has taped a typed description of the book on the front pastedown. Slight hint of spine separation in front of book back hinge still solid.

Stiles saw most of the battles of the Army of Northern Virginia and was able to provide perceptive remarks on most of its prominent officers based on first hand experience."
