Aggiungi al carrello"Sales/posting to the USA suspended". Square octavo card covers with large flaps, 72pp, sepia toned photos. Light wear to card edges, previous owner's name top right of front cover; a very good copy. The authors' aim has been to share the rich traditions of the hospital, its patients, and staff. It was opened in 1942 as an Army…hospital -112th AGH - and provided a special quality of care and convalescence for serving and discharged military personnel. Its WWII patients came from battlefronts in the Pacific, Europe and North Africa and the Middle East and from POW camps. It later became Repatriation General Hospital (RGH) Greenslopes, and was sold to Ramsay Health Care in 1995.
