Para ello, se dividieron aleatoriamente pollos de engorde Cobb-100 de 200 días de edad en cuatro grupos de tratamiento, a saber, Stresroak, Supermune, Immuved y grupos de control; cada grupo constaba de dos réplicas y cada uno tenía 25 pollos. Las aves fueron alimentadas ad libitum con la ración B1 hasta las 4 semanas de edad y con la ración B2 después. La medicación se realizó a través del agua de bebida según la dosis recomendada. Se vacunó a todos los grupos con F1 el día 7, IBD intermedia el día 13 y el día 19 y ND Lasota el día 26 por vía intraocular. Se recogieron muestras de suero de cinco aves (20%) de cada réplica para realizar las pruebas de HA y HI. Se realizaron pruebas de HA y HI en el Laboratorio Veterinario Central de Tripureshwor para evaluar el título de anticuerpos contra la enfermedad de Newcastle. Pour ce faire, 200 poussins de chair Cobb-100 âgés d'un jour ont été répartis au hasard en quatre groupes de traitement, à savoir les groupes Stresroak, Supermune, Immunisé et Contrôle ; chaque groupe étant constitué de deux réplications et comptant chacun 25 poussins. Les oiseaux ont été nourris ad libitum avec une ration B1 jusqu'à l'âge de 4 semaines et une ration B2 ensuite. Les médicaments ont été administrés dans l'eau de boisson selon la dose recommandée. Tous les groupes ont été vaccinés par voie intra-oculaire contre la grippe F1 le 7e jour, la MII intermédiaire les 13e et 19e jours et la MN Lasota le 26e jour. La prise alimentaire quotidienne et la prise de poids hebdomadaire ont été enregistrées. Des échantillons de sérum ont été prélevés sur cinq oiseaux (20 %) de chaque réplication pour les tests HA et HI. La prise alimentaire quotidienne et la prise de poids hebdomadaire ont été enregistrées. Des échantillons de sérum ont été prélevés sur cinq oiseaux (20 %) de chaque réplication pour les tests HA et HI. Zu diesem Zweck wurden 200 Tage alte Cobb-100-Hähnchenküken nach dem Zufallsprinzip in vier Behandlungsgruppen aufgeteilt, nämlich Stresroak, Supermune, Immuved und Kontrollgruppen; jede Gruppe bestand aus zwei Wiederholungen und hatte jeweils 25 Küken. Die Vögel wurden bis zu einem Alter von 4 Wochen ad libitum mit der B1-Ration und danach mit der B2-Ration gefüttert. Die Medikation erfolgte über das Trinkwasser entsprechend der empfohlenen Dosis. Alle Gruppen wurden am 7. Tag mit F1, am 13. und 19. Tag mit IBD intermediate und am 26. Tag mit ND Lasota intraokular geimpft. Die tägliche Futteraufnahme und die wöchentliche Gewichtszunahme wurden aufgezeichnet. HA- und HI-Tests wurden im zentralen Veterinärlabor in Tripureshwor durchgeführt, um den Antikörpertiter gegen ND zu bestimmen. Das Ergebnis zeigte, dass Immuved in allen Aspekten, d. h.
