Ich wurde Sophrologin nach einer soliden Ausbildung zwischen 2014 und 2016 an der ESLR in La Rochelle (theoretische Kurse, viele praktische Sitzungen, Animation von Sitzungen und Abschlussarbeit). Mir gefällt die 'Einfachheit der Ausführung' der Sophrologie, die mit der harten Realität unserer Gesellschaft und unseres Gehirns konfrontiert wird: 60.000 Gedanken pro Tag, von denen 75% negativ sind und 95% jeden Tag gleich sind. Ich vermittle gerne Werkzeuge und Techniken, indem ich erkläre, dass es gut ist, sie mit der Person in der Sitzung zu machen, und indem ich sie auch getrennt übe. Jeder ist für sich selbst verantwortlich. Ohne Praxis gibt es keine Rettung! 60 pp. Deutsch.

Ich wurde Sophrologin nach einer soliden Ausbildung zwischen 2014 und 2016 an der ESLR in La Rochelle (theoretische Kurse, viele praktische Sitzungen, Animation von Sitzungen und Abschlussarbeit). So che ero interessato a poco a poco al mio sviluppo e a cercare di capire meglio me stesso. Una cosa… tira l'altra, oggi so che la sofrologia mi porta molto a condividere le 'chiavi' con altre persone e soprattutto ad applicarle a me stesso. Sono diventato sofrologo dopo una solida formazione tra il 2014 e il 2016 all'ESLR di La Rochelle (corsi teorici, molte sessioni pratiche, animazione di sessioni e tesi). Mi piace la 'semplicità di esecuzione' della sofrologia che si confronta con la dura realtà della nostra società e del nostro cervello: 60.000 pensieri al giorno di cui il 75% sono negativi e il 95% sono gli stessi ogni giorno. Mi piace trasmettere strumenti, tecniche, ma spiegando che è bene che la persona li faccia in riunione e praticando anche a parte. Ognuno è responsabile di se stesso. Senza pratica, non c'è salvezza.

Gosto de transmitir ferramentas, técnicas, mas explicando que está bem com a pessoa fazê-las em reunião e praticando à parte também. Cada um é responsável por si mesmo. Sem prática, não há salvação.
