Very Good+, in illustrated wraps. Just a touch of shelf/edge wear to covers. only flaw is some scattered minor foxing to the covers and the top of the title pages. Wonderful local history of Empire, Mich from 1837 to the 1950's. Lots of photographs. A very handsome vintage copy.LOC SSM-08.

Foxing to covers and page edges; 1 x 1/2" sticker removed from top corner of front cover; 3/4 x 1/2" price sticker on rear cover.

Softcover. Condizione: Near Fine. Revised Edition. Numerous vintage sepia-toned photos of Empire, Empire Township, Glen Lake, etc., all with captions which were compiled and annotated by long-time Empire residents. Original publisher's pictorial stapled soft covers with black cover lettering and photos. There is a trace of sticker residue from an old bookshop sticker on the upper corner of the front cover, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names and no bookplates. The covers are in nice condtion with no creases, tears or chips. ; B&W Photographs; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 45 pages.
