The book has clean covers, owner name and inscription on title page, two 4 word notes (hiking partner name and date) penned to two route descriptions, no other writing or marks on any pages, no foxing, solid binding. A very good source for information on approaches to some quality mountaineering peaks close to Vancouver B.C. The trails described here (some being basically game trails and poorly marked) lead right up to the base or high ridges of the peaks where technical climbing begins. The book measures 228mm tall x 153mm and has 64 pages, 31 pretty good sketch maps. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
