Nous nous sommes intéressés à l'étude structurale et électronique de ces molécules par l'utilisation des méthodes… de la chimie quantique. A cet effet, nous avons fait l'étude structurale et électronique de ces matériaux organiques par l'utilisation des différentes méthodes de la chimie quantique (DFT et TD-DFT). Ensuite, la synthèse et les caractérisations de ces copolymères organiques. Les caractérisations physico-chimiques et spectroscopiques par Spectroscopie Infra Rouge (IRTF), Diffraction des Rayons X (DRX), Spectrophotométrie (UV), Analyses thermiques (ATG-ATD) et Microscope électronique à balayage (MEB), ont permis de valider les résultats théoriques et confirmer la bonne corrélation entre l'expérience et la théorie. A la lumière de ces résultats, nous avons proposé ces matériaux pour des applications en optoélectronique.
