Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. First Edition. Tall 8vo. Pp. 341. Half calf over marbled paper covered boards, red leather title label lettered in gilt to spine. Extremities and corners rubbed. Inscribed on front endpaper by then-Secretary of Washington Territory and later mayor of Seattle Henry G. Struve, to King County prosecuting attorney and legislator George N. McConaha, Jr. (1848-1906). McConaha's ownership signature on front board at spine. Label for Geo. H. White, Book-Binder, Tum Water [sic], W. T. on front pastedown. Includes the act to incorporate the City of Tacoma. Signed.

Printed wrappers. Condizione: Very Good+. 8vo. Pp. 42. Printed wraps, side sewn. Spine chips, edges lightly age toned, soft vertical crease. "An act in relation to roads, ferries, bridges, and travel on public highways." Clarence Bagley, son of Daniel, was Territorial Printer for ten years in addition to multiple pursuits such as newspaper owner, revenue collector and historian. While not especially early for a territorial imprint, this title is rarely encountered. Preceded in its content by only one similar title, published 1874. Rare. Preserved in a clear archival sleeve with acid-free backing.
