Soft cover. Condizione: Good. Holiday themed, decorated stiff card covers with 8 pages of recipes. This is a nice collection of Christmas regional and classic recipes. There is a handful of savory dishes, like the unique Turkey Yorkshire, but the pages are primarily recipes for various kinds of desserts. A few standouts include…the Mexican Christmas Cookies (aka Mexican Wedding Cookie,) and the Pecan Glazed Pumpkin Pie, which seems to me to be a perfect blend of two favorites. True to the California bounty, the booklet is full of fruit and nut filled cookies, bars, balls, and cakes, balanced with Mincemeat Cupcakes and Cranberry Puddings.
